Health & Safety issue with disabled access
Regional manager dismissive in did not want to speak with customers - unable to resolve health and safety issue regarding disabled access.
After speaking with a regional manager I found them to be dismissive, spoke over me and did not listen to me when I raised a serious health and safety issue when I visited one of their restaurants. This was a potentially very serious issue which could have landed someone in hospital. This was extremely upsetting and distressing and I do not recommend visiting their restaurants if this is how they treat customers.
Wagamama Canterbury
Saturday 9th July. On entering wagama we were approached by a waiter. He asked us if we have any food allergies. After telling him they were shellfish and chillies he suddenly become a medical expert and said chilli allergy doesn't exist. His attitude needs addressing as it very insulting to someone with a very severe reaction. The manager, however, was very professional and helpful as were other waiters. The squid was over cooked and the chicken in the ramen was very dry. Food quality seems to suffer at busier periods. Not good when you spend £50 plus.

My daughter and I loves Wagamama, when she was in university when I come to visit her we usually go to wags near her flat, yesterday went to wagamama Uxbridge the service is very poor infact only few people was eating that time ( Thursday afternoon 2:30pm) about 4 or 5 people eating, we are standing at the front door for 10min to be offered a sit, our order came after 30mins, I ordered pad thai chicken and prawn it has only 2 prawns and few chicken strips and the vegetables was burnt and noodles so dry lack of sauce and taste burnt and my daughter ordered the beef teriyaki donburi the beef looks and taste like strips of Jack fruit, we asked if we can change they said they can't!
NEVER AGAIN TO EAT IN WAGAMAMA!!!!

Worst service and food
Worst service and food. Have eaten at other wagamamas in UK n around. Staff in guildford(table no. 121 at 8.30 pm) was not only rude. They are not bothered about food requirements. Ordered ratoushre curry. First they got the wrong order. Curry wasn't enough. Asked for brocolli instead of the options. Order taker agreed. Later manager brought the food saying can't do brocolli with this. When I asked the name they didn't tell me the name so I can't mention anyone's name. Horrfying it was disastrous experience suggest never visit this wagamama.

Allergen Reaction
I have Celiac Disease and despite ordering a gluten free item I still had a really bad reaction. They were either negligent in their use of ingredients/sauces or cross contaminated with other foods. Manager Who called me afterwards didn’t want to admit anything wrong had happened and was slopey shouldered.

Amazing date night with my husband at Wagamama in Colchester. We received great service from Ella. The no duck donburi was amazing as always & the cheesecake was to die for!

Cover manager from Canterbury! Fantastic
I visited the bluewater branch on Friday 24th June with my date and we were both greeted and seated quickly and orders were placed, my dinner and a shared started was served very quickly also. I decided to wait for my dates meal to arrive before tucking in however unfortunately her dinner was taking its time at which point a man named Anthony (Leonard) stepped in to chase up where her meal was. By the time her meal was nearly cooked and ready to be served mine had unfortunately gone cold and I was more than happy to have it reheated however Anthony insisted for a brand new fresh meal! Both dinners were lovely and finished completely with regular checks being made, my dates meal was taken off the bill and we were also very please when we were given a bowl of ice cream each. Anthony went far above and beyond with us and his personality was fantastic and really went the extra mile to cater for the hiccup in the beginning, at the end I asked for Anthony to come over but sadly he had left as it was the end of his shift, I was told he is the manager of the Canterbury branch so next time I am there I will be popping in for some food and to hopefully thank him again in person. What a great guy and asset to your company. Thankyou.

I got into restaurant on 55th st
I got into restaurant on 55th st. and got seated far back even when the restaurant was completely empty. I ordered 3 meals and I asked if I can be moved closer to window into booth that was empty. After talking to my officiant he said that everything is reserved. After over 45 minutes no one showed up and frontal places remain empty. Pathetic but one Star is for lying.

Heathrow Terminal 5. Queued for 5 minutes, was given a seat and nothing happened for 10 minutes so eventually I left and 3 minutes later I was already having my miso soup in Itsu.

Good food let down by poor service
Visited Wagamama Dorchester this evening and the food was pretty good, but it took forever to arrive and when it did, we all had meals except our youngest, who had to wait another 20 minutes after we had chased it.
Then they messed up extra orders and gave food to another table meant for us. Just a shambles and such a shame. Felt like an eternity in there, so first and last visit.
